Did you know that ocean pollution from single use plastics is the second largest threat to our environment after global warming? Ever heard of the gyre? What about the pacific garbage patch twice the size of Texas?

Come and find out about this and more at an event full of ART, FUN, FOOD and PRIZES produced by the students from the Integrated Learning Department at Otis College of Art and Design in conjunction with Surfrider’s Rise Above Plastics program and with a special R.A.P presentation at 5pm from the Environmental Charter High School’s Green Ambassadors and the Community Changemakers!
